Adeeb Trabulsi

Adeeb Trabulsi is the Chief Technology Officer at Provident Estate and the youngest C-level executive in the company. He joined in August 2024 as Head of Technology and was promoted to CTO in less than 2 years. He owns the company’s technical strategy, system architecture, and the in-house engineering team.

Under his leadership, Provident has developed a fully integrated, proprietary technology ecosystem that supports the company’s core operations. Built entirely in-house, it encompasses CRM, lead acquisition and distribution, listing management, property portal syndication, business intelligence dashboards, systems integrations, and workflow automation. He also led the development of Provident’s mobile app, giving agents real-time access to essential tools and data in the field.

His engineering approach centers on building architecture that remains reliable as the company scales, supported by rigorous practices in code review, testing, and deployment. These standards enable a focused team to deliver consistently without compromising quality or security.

Before joining Provident, he had already developed technology for the real estate sector, including a data API that transformed Dubai Land Department open data into a structured, accessible foundation for property research and technology products. He also holds AWS and Google certifications in cloud computing and cybersecurity. Through his leadership, technology has become a source of competitive advantage at Provident rather than a conventional support function, reinforcing the company’s position as one of Dubai’s most technology-driven real estate agencies.
