Junior Property Consultant (Fresher)

We are looking for motivated individuals with little or no prior experience to join our team as Junior Property Consultants. With full training through our in-house Academy and support from an experienced team, this is the ideal starting point for a successful career in Dubai real estate.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in real estate, sales, or customer service; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong interest in the Dubai real estate market and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
• Presentable with a professional image.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Financially stable for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the sales process through training at our in-house Academy.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Generate and follow up on leads from the lead pool, portals, and client database.
• Conduct property viewings and build strong client relationships.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets.
