Wassim Fakir

At Provident Estate, Wassim Fakir serves as the Director of Development and Strategies. He is responsible for driving the company’s long-term growth, expanding its global footprint, and strengthening its position in Dubai’s competitive real estate market. 

With over 22 years of experience across sales, real estate investment, and strategic leadership, Wassim brings a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar ventures in the U.S. and international markets. 

Before joining Provident in 2018, he founded Avenue LLC in Ohio, building and managing a portfolio of 400+ rental units. Earlier, as Senior Sales Manager at Philip Morris USA, he managed $250M in annual sales and led high-performing teams across five states.

Wassim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Applied Economics from The Ohio State University. His expertise spans market analysis, portfolio management, business development, and strategic planning, making him a vital force behind Provident Estate’s continued growth and innovation.
