Mark Dave Solon is responsible for upholding service standards, process accuracy, and operational consistency across quality assurance functions. Since joining the company in December 2023, he has focused on strengthening QA frameworks and ensuring that internal processes align with the organization’s performance and compliance expectations.

Leading a team of Quality Assurance Officers, Mark works closely with operational and technology teams to identify gaps, improve workflows, and maintain high levels of reliability across systems and services.
