Grove On The Park

Grove On The Park is a project by Nshama, located in the Town Square neighborhood. The complex is a 10-storey building with stylish facades in a modern style and large windows reflecting the sunlight.

The interior decoration uses high quality materials and prevails gentle light shades, which visually expands the space and creates a cozy atmosphere. Each residence has a balcony with stunning views of the park or cityscape.

Grove On The Park has a large number of amenities that include a swimming pool, gym, and playgrounds for children. At the foot of the complex is a large Town Square Park with plenty of walking, biking jogging paths, recreational facilities, and barbecue areas. Within walking distance residents can find cafes, restaurants, stores, supermarkets, laundry, pet store, atelier and beauty salon.

The Town Square neighborhood is located in the southwest of Dubai. Its main feature is a lot of green spaces, residential properties are literally buried in greenery, which creates a feeling of maximum proximity to nature. Another feature of the district is its location near the main highways of the city, which provides quick access to the main objects of the city. Dubai Hills Mall and Expo City are just 20 minutes away, while Dubai Mall and Burj Al Arab are about 25 minutes away.
