Dubai is set to break a new record with the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower, the world's tallest residential clock tower. The Swiss luxury watch manufacturer Franck Muller has collaborated with London Gate,  one of the top real estate developers in the UAE, to add another jewel to Dubai's skyline. The Franck Muller Aeternitas Apartments will be the brand's premier venture into real estate, adding a new dimension to its portfolio.

Located in the opulent community of Dubai Marina, this architectural marvel will soar to 450 meters (106 floors), showcasing the best Swiss artistry and precision. Providing upscale residences ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, including Sky Villas, the tower will accommodate 649 units.

The tower will set new standards for luxury living with breathtaking ocean, marina, and golf views. The grand reveal of this mega-residential endeavor is scheduled for January 9, 2024, at Ritz-Carlton DIFC, with residents anticipating its completion and handover by 2026. The name of the upcoming clock tower draws inspiration from the renowned Franck Muller watch of the same name, acclaimed as the world's most intricate timepiece.
