UAE's most expensive penthouse sells for a whopping $136 million

Setting a new standard in one of the busiest property markets, the penthouse in Como Residences has sold in Dubai for $136 million (AED 500 million). The record-breaking project has made it to the list of the most expensive penthouses in the world.

According to the Dubai Land Department (DLD) data, it will officially be the city's most pricey penthouse ever built and sold — and globally the third. The document ranked Penthouse D at One Hyde Park, London ($237 million) second, while the Odeon Tower Penthouse in Monaco ($440 million) at the top. Slated to be completed in Q3 2027, the skyscraper will set the bar higher for a truly luxurious lifestyle.
