His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, has unveiled plans for this ambitious $545 million (AED 2 billion) project.
Scheduled for completion in 2028, the development is expected to welcome 1.7 million visitors annually. Therme Group, the master developer in Dubai behind this project, has been at the forefront of wellness innovation worldwide. Designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro (DS+R), the structure will sit in the city’s Zabeel Park, beside the Royal Palace. This central position in the Zabeel district of Dubai, ensures that residents and tourists can easily access world-class wellness services within a 20-minute reach, aligning with the city's vision of a pedestrian- and environment-friendly urban lifestyle.
