Meanwhile, at Palm Jebel Ali, Select Group will introduce upscale residential and hospitality developments that set new benchmarks for luxury waterfront living in this world-class destination.

Dubai Holding’s First Strategic Land Sale

Dubai Holding’s first land transaction with a third-party developer at Palm Jebel Ali development underscores the company’s commitment to generating long-term value across its world-class master-planned communities. 

In addition to Palm Jebel Ali, the strategic agreement also includes the development of new projects within the vibrant mixed-use community of Dubai Design District (d3).

In collaboration with Select Group, renowned for its prestigious developments in Dubai Marina, and Emirates Strategic Investments Company, Dubai Holding aims to redefine luxury living and dynamic community spaces.
